1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

For original artworks, orders are processed individually due to the unique nature of each piece.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. I do not store full payment details.

3. Shipping (Physical Items)

Shipping is available within the UK and internationally unless otherwise stated.

• Orders are typically dispatched within a reasonable timeframe after purchase (or as specified per listing)
• Delivery times vary depending on location
• Buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges outside the UK

Original artworks may require additional handling time due to packaging and protection requirements.

4. Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically.

• No physical item will be shipped
• Files are delivered after payment is confirmed
• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable

You are responsible for ensuring the correct email address is provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Original artworks & prints

Due to the nature of artwork, all sales are generally final.

Refunds or returns are only accepted if:

• the item arrives damaged
• or there is a clear issue with the order

In such cases, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Commissions (if applicable via store)

Commission terms will be agreed prior to work beginning. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch or before work has begun (for commissions). Once processing has started, cancellations may not be possible.

7. Ownership & Copyright

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Alexa Craig Art.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly agreed.

Digital files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

8. Accuracy of Listings

I aim to display artwork accurately. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen differences.
